The importance of an energy worker using a journal cannot be expressed enough! It allows you to track progress, look back at past experiences, find missing pieces to to a current puzzle, find valuable information you have forgotten, improve ritual and/or spiritual practice habits, help others with something they may be going through... the list goes on and on! 

Journals have also been proven to be helpful outside of spiritual work, relieving stress and anxiety by allowing us to express and document our thoughts/feelings to a neutral source. 

Each journal is handmade in India and may differ slightly in color and detail. Please note that these small "blemishes" are not considered defects by Odinsson Co.
