Ring Care Guide
Our protection rings are made from high-quality materials. That being said, there are still some precautions we recommend taking when wearing your ring. Doing so will prolong the life of your ring and your fingers.
AVOID SUBMERGING IN WATER
We use a quality epoxy resin to fill the channels and hold the natural stones in place. Resin is extremely water-resistant but can still wear down over time when exposed to water frequently. We recommend taking your ring off when your hands are going to be exposed to water for longer periods of time such as swimming, showering, or doing the dishes. Hand washing and other brief water exposure shouldn't affect the resin.
AVOID HARSH CHEMICALS
Harsh chemicals such as certain soaps, detergents, and cleaning supplies could cause minor discoloration of your ring. We recommend avoiding direct contact with any of these chemicals or chemicals containing bleach.
AVOID MANUAL LABOR
Our rings are made from high-quality zirconium which is extremely durable and scratch resistant. That being said, no ring is invincible. Exposing our rings to harsh conditions such as moving furniture & manual labor could cause the ring to get scratched, chipped, or even break. We recommend removing your ring when working with sharp edges, heavy equipment/objects, and rough materials.
SAFELY WEARING YOUR RING
Be sure to remove your ring when doing any sort of manual labor, climbing, or any other activity where the ring could potentially snag or get caught. Not only could it damage your ring, it could cause serious damage to your finger or even deglove it!
Not sure what degloving is? Imagine the skin & flesh being removed from your finger so that your bone is fully exposed... BRUTAL! Degloving is a gruesome experience that can be easily avoided by simply removing any jewelry you may have on your hands before proceeding.
