We've compiled a list of some of our most commonly asked questions and have provided answers in hopes of saving you time, money, and confusion. If you do not find an answer to your question then please reach out through our contact us page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you have a physical store?
Odinsson Co. is currently an online only store. We are a small business and would love to have a shop so you could check out our products in person & hangout with us but will not do so until we are more confident in the real estate/leasing market.
What's your return policy?
All of the products at Odinsson Co. are either reiki charged or have specific intentions set upon them before shipment. Due to the nature of our products and our fulfillment process we do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time. None of our products are eligible for exchange so please ensure that you know your ring size and/or clothing size when ordering.
How soon will my order ship?
Most orders ship 1-2 days after purchase date. Some of our handmade products are made to order and ship out 3-8 days after your order is placed depending on the product. You can find specific fulfillment times on each respective product page.
What's the best shipping option for international orders?
We recommend DHL for international shipping. They seem to be the most reliable and do not usually charge expensive import fees.
Do you pay import taxes & fees for international customers?
International customers are required to pay the import taxes & fees for their specific country. We currently do not have a way to cover these fees but are working towards a solution & apologize for the inconvenience!
What if I schedule a psychic medium reading but wish to cancel?
Psychic medium readings may be rescheduled up to one time at no extra cost. If you wish to cancel your session then you will be charged a $30 slot holding fee and refunded the remaining balance. Both rescheduling and cancelations require 24 hours notice.
What services can be refunded?
Only our psychic medium readings can be refunded at this time (refund excludes $30 slot holding fee). Our rune casts and custom bind rune designs are final sale.
Do you price match?
We do not offer price matching. One of our main goals is to supply individuals like you with affordable spiritual tools. Most of our items are already priced below the average market value so that we may achieve this goal.
